The one on the picture is such a great deal. Saving 45 - 75% on the furniture you get such as wicker furniture , outdoor loungers, aluminum patio furniture, fire pit and many more are so great to our patio. That's why I really can't wait 'til spring time is here and stay most of the time in our patio.

Obama seeks higher taxes on rich to pay for plan
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama is asking Congress to raise taxes on the wealthy and cut Medicare costs to provide health care for the uninsured while making the just-enacted $400 tax cut for most workers permanent.
In a budget blueprint easily exceeding $3 trillion for 2010, Obama proposes setting aside $634 billion over the next decade to expand government subsidized health coverage - a little more than half the money needed to ensure that every American gets medical care.
Obama is also expected to ask Congress for an additional $75 billion to cover the costs of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan through September.
The disclosures came from three administration officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the budget won't be made public until Thursday.
All told, the deficit for the ongoing 2009 budget year would reach $1.75 trillion, up from a $1.5 trillion estimate revealed just days ago by the White House. The increase seems to reflect concerns that more money may be needed to rescue banks and other companies.
Obama's budget proposal would effectively raise income taxes and curb tax deductions on couples making more than $250,000 a year, beginning in 2011. By not extending former President George W. Bush's tax cuts for such wealthier filers, Obama would allow the marginal rate on household incomes above $250,000 to rise from 35 percent to 39.6 percent, said an administration official. Individuals making more than $200,000 would pay the higher rate.
The plan also contains a contentious proposal to raise hundreds of billions of dollars by auctioning off permits to exceed carbon emissions caps Obama wants to impose on users of fossil fuels to address global warming. Some of the revenues from the pollution permits would be used to extend the "Making Work Pay" tax credit of $400 for individuals and $800 for couples beyond 2010 as provided in the just-passed economic stimulus bill.
About half of what officials characterized as a $634 billion "down payment" toward health care coverage for every American would come from cuts in Medicare. That is sure to incite battles with doctors, hospitals, health insurance companies and drug manufacturers.
Some of the Medicare savings would come from scaling back payments to private insurance plans that serve older Americans, which many analysts believe to be inflated. Other proposals include charging upper-income beneficiaries a higher premium for Medicare's prescription drug coverage.
To raise the other half, Obama wants to reduce the rate by which wealthier people can cut their taxes through deductions for mortgage interest, charitable contributions, local taxes and other expenses to 28 cents on the dollar, rather than the 35 cents they can claim now. Even more money would be raised if the top rate reverts to 39.6 percent as Obama wants.
That proposal is deeply controversial, particularly with colleges and nonprofit institutions that depend on wealthy donors and with lawmakers representing high-tax states such as New York and New Jersey.
And Obama's promise to phase out direct payments to farming operations with revenues above $500,000 a year is sure to cause concerns among rural Democrats.
Even after all those difficult choices - cutting about $2 trillion from the deficit over 10 years, administration officials say - Obama's budget still would leave the federal government heavily in the red, with deficits remaining above $500 billion over the second half of the decade.
The budget deficit for 2010 would hit $1.2 trillion and gradually ease to $533 billion by 2013, administration officials say. That's about 3 percent of the size of the economy, a level the administration says it can maintain through the second half of the decade.
"I think they make pretty good progress the first five (years) given where we are," said Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad, D-N.D. "Then they kind of are stuck at 3 percent of GDP."
Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., chairman of the Finance Committee, called Obama's proposal to tax the wealthy to finance health care reform a starting point. But he wants to also examine taxing as people's income some of health insurance benefits provided by employers - an idea rejected by Obama in last year's presidential campaign.
Obama's $634 billion head start on health care could easily double as lawmakers flesh out details in coming months on how to provide medical coverage to all of the 48 million Americans now uninsured while also trying to slow increases in health care costs. Those costs now total $2.4 trillion a year and keep rising even as the economy is shrinking.
Independent experts say providing coverage for all could easily cost more than $1 trillion over 10 years, a figure the Obama administration does not dispute.
But the administration also is demanding that any further costs be offset with tax hikes or further spending cuts under stricter pay-as-you-go budget rules.
Budget documents provided to The Associated Press show that Obama will not lay out a detailed blueprint for a health care overhaul, but a set of broad policy principles and some specific ideas for how to raise a big chunk of the money.
The principles include guaranteeing people a choice of insurance plans and doctors and continuing employer-based coverage. Americans also should be able to take their health care benefits with them when they change jobs, an administration official said.
The budget plan also recommends a long-term fix to update the alternative minimum tax for inflation. That could add $150 billion to the deficit by 2013, according to congressional estimates. The AMT was originally designed to make sure the wealthy paid at least some taxes, but it threatens to ensnare some 24 million middle- to upper-income taxpayers next year.
The budget would freeze the estate tax at current levels rather than allowing it to permanently expire next year. That would exempt individuals' estates of $3.5 million or less from the 45 percent estate tax rate, with a $7 million exemption for couples.
Obama is also expected to seek about $534 billion for the Defense Department, administration officials said, an increase over this year's base figure of $513 billion.
Neither figure includes the full cost of fighting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Avoidance of different diseases through foot care
Another threat to our feet also is what they call arthritis. This disease is a group of conditions involving damage to the joints of the body. This disease is the leading cause of disability of most people aging from fifty five years old and up. I have seen many people who suffered with this disease and my mother in law alone is just one of them. Arthritis is a life threatening disease. It freezes somebody's normal life into a very inconvenient life. I have seen how my mother in law fought every pain she felt when her arthritis is attacking her. That's why it is very important to apply necessary foot care before it's too late.
Let's all care for our health as long as we can. Let's not wait for the day that we will regret everything because we didn't do the right thing to do. This is such an eye opener for all of us because it is not just taking good care of our health particularly our feet but it is also avoiding certain diseases that could harm us or could ruin our lives. Seeing my mother in law suffering from arthritis makes me realize that I should not taken forgranted my feet because it does a lot of things for me in my daily life.

As shown in the diagram, this is the current situation of unemployed individual. It is pretty obvious that it is increasing every month and reaches its down stream every year. This is very sad. Just imagine the families of this individual who are not employed. I just want to show this for us to know how tight how economy right now and let us always be thankful to God of what we have in our daily lives.

Money matter
*I always have limitations on my spending. It's like I want something that I really can't afford to have, so I won't insist anymore to have it or maybe someday I can afford to buy it.
*I always set my priority before spending.
*I use my extra money to spend and the money that is allocate for something to be paid off.
*I just buy things that are necessary. It's like buy what you need first before thinking of buying what you want to have.
* Save as much as you can as a back up fund in case of emergency.
Those simple things that I have mentioned really help and thought me how to spend wisely. They use to tell me that I am so tight with money and I am not really fond of shopping but it's the reality that thought me what to do. We all have different style or different ways to spend our money but when do we start to spend wisely if everything is gone, if you are not earning anymore or worst if you are disabled. Money is really tough right now, so make the best out of it and spend properly.

SMS
SMS
Most people are texting nowadays or what we also call " short message sent " or sms. Since cell phones was built everyone was into texting as another way of communication. It is pretty helpful because aside from calling you can also send a message to your love ones wherever they are. My husband and I use to text a lot especially when his at work but we do we really know the history of texting or sms? To begin with SMS was created as part of the GSM Phase 1 standard in Europe. The first SMS message to be sent was determined to have occurred in 1992 from a PC to a Vodafone cellular phone on the GSM network in the United Kingdom. This was a one-way communication from the PC to the phone. The new application of this technology developed in the 1998-1999 timeframe is two-way SMS communication.A new service offered by AT&T in 1996 was a key driver in wireless protocol development . AT&T Pocket-Net was an subscription based offering and only provided for one-way communication. The service was limited to specialized phones to retrieve online information (schedules, phone book, email and limited internet access). The service was not widely accepted, , however, the idea spurred development of key technology and protocols for wireless messaging. This research led wireless phone equipment manufacturers to develop Internet phones.
In 1999, the GSM association facilitated network to network messaging in the United Kingdom. This removed some of the current limitations that exist in the United States with network specific protocols and equipment. There is currently a GSM North American Association working to create cross network messaging feasible in the United States. "The addition of interworking between network operators who are competing in the same geographical market gives customers to both networks the opportunity to use SMS in the same way as they do voice. Just as they can make a voice call to each other's phones, so too can they send short messages to each other.
During October of the year 2000, AT&T completed 2 years of testing to allow two-way SMS messaging across their existing TDMA mobile network. AT&T is currently rolling out this service at low prices to gain market absorption and is beginning to target the young adult population as evidenced by Europe's trends in that demographic for this service. The growth rates noted in table 1 below are astounding and should provide AT&T and other wireless service providers in the United States strong optimism for the demand of 2-way SMS messages.

Ten Tips for Starting and Running a Successful Small Business
Here's Ten Tips for Starting and Running a Successful Small Business:
1. Save up as much money as possible before starting. All too often, people go into business without any savings, exclusively using loan money from friends, banks, or the SBA. They except to be able to start paying the loans back right away with their profits. What these business owners don't realize is that it can take months or years to make a profit. And once a lender discovers a business isn't as profitable as expected, the lender is likely to call in the loan or refuse to renew it for another year. Often new business owners then have to take out home equity loans or use credit cards to pay off their loans (which puts their home and credit rating at risk).
A better plan is to save up as much of the needed investment money as possible, including your living expenses for the first year, or even two. Odds are that your business won't be profitable for one to two years. Even if you get plenty of business coming your way -- and your customers pay you on time, which isn't always a sure thing -- you'll want to be able to invest most of that money back in the business for space, equipment, advertising, and insurance needs.2. Start on a shoestring. Think small. Don't rent premises if you can work somewhere else, and don't hire employees until you can keep them busy. (You can hire independent contractors or temps in the meantime.)
People who start their small business on the cheap, often in a garage, den, or some other scavenged space, and create their first goods or services with more sweat than cash, have the luxury of making their inevitable rookie mistakes on a small scale. And precisely because their early screw-ups don't bury them in debt, they are usually able to learn and recover from them.
3. Protect your personal assets. When you go into business for yourself, you are usually personally liable for all judgments and debts that the business incurs. This includes business loans, taxes, money owed to suppliers and landlords, and any judgments against the business as a result of a lawsuit. If you don't protect yourself, a creditor can go after your personal assets, such as your car and your house, to pay for these debts.
While you can protect yourself against lawsuits by buying business liability insurance, this won't help you with business debts. If you will be running up big debts, consider forming a corporation or limited liability company (LLC). Just one person can form either of these types of businesses.
4. Understand how -- and if -- you will make a profit. You should be able to state in just a few sentences how your business plans to make a substantial profit. For starters, you need to know your costs: how much you'll spend purchasing inventory, paying the rent, compensating any employees, and covering what is likely to be a surprisingly long list of other costs. Then you can figure out exactly how much you need to sell each month, for how many dollars, to cover those expenses and have an adequate profit besides. These numbers are all you need to create a "break-even analysis."
5. Make a business plan, no matter how short. Understanding your profit numbers and creating a break-even analysis is the first step in making a business plan. For most small companies, the key portions of a business plan are the break-even analysis, a profit-and-loss forecast, and a cash flow projection. (Projecting your cash flow is key and will make or break your company: Even if your business is getting plenty of work or selling its products, if you're not getting paid for 90-180 days, you're not going to survive unless you've planned for it.) With a cash flow spreadsheet in place, as well as a profit-and-loss forecast, you can tinker with your business idea and improve it before you start -- and continue to use them after you start.
Creating a business plan also allows you to determine what your projected start-up costs are (how much money you'll need to save) and what you marketing strategies are (how you'll reach customers to make sales). If you can't make the numbers work on paper, you won't be able to make them work in real life.
6. Get and keep a competitive edge. Building a competitive edge into the fabric of your business is crucially important to long-term success. Some ways to get this edge are by knowing more than your competitors, making a product that is hard or impossible to imitate, being able to produce or distribute your product more efficiently, having a better location, or offering superior customer service.
One way to hold on to your competitive edge is to protect your trade secrets -- confidential information that gives you a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Examples of trade secrets include customer lists, survey methods, marketing strategies, and manufacturing techniques. To protect your trade secrets under the law, you need to take steps to keep the information confidential. This includes marking documents "Confidential," using passwords to protect computer information, using nondisclosure and/or noncompete agreements, and limiting access to employees with a reasonable need to know the trade secrets.
Another way to keep your competitive edge is to react quickly to bad news. Once you see that your business faces some kind of adversity, you need to come up with a plan to deal with it immediately. This may involve moving your offices, introducing a new product or service, or developing a better way to reach customers.

Job Interview
The most scariest part for me on job hunting is the interview. I don't know but sometimes I don't have the confidence in me in facing the big bosses of the company that I'm qualified. But at the same time I have learned that acting this way won't do good on me and will just end up zero or jobless because of this attitude. You can't blame me though because I'm nervous. I usually screwed up or blank when I am being asked for something that I am not prepared to answer back. But I can easily overcome it. What I do is, pose for a few minutes, smile while thinking for an answer then talk. It is important to have an eye to eye contact when answering the questions being asked and talk fluently and clearly.
With the experiences that have, the most common questions that are asked during the interview are the following: Tell me about yourself? Why do you want this job? Why have you chosen this company among any other company? What do you expect when you are hired? What does the company will expect from you? Why do we hire you? And what's your advantage among other applicants? Questions like this are expected and I can answer it 100% with confidence. I have also learned from all the interviews that I have is to believe in yourself because anything is possible when you have the guts to conquer everything. For sure you will get what you want.
Just think that nobody is perfect. Each one of us are scared and have weaknesses in dealing with other people but we just have to think that it is a matter of being you and fulfilling your goals in life. And most of all, in order to handle your interview as good as you can, pray before you go. Ask the Almighty God's guidance and everything will be okay.

BECAUSE YOU LOVE ME
For all the truth that you made me see
For all the joy you brought to my life
For all the wrong that you made right
For every dream you made come true
For all the love I found in you
I'll be forever thankful baby
You're the one who held me up
Never let me fall
You're the one who saw me through through it all
You were my strength when I was weak
You were my voice when I couldn't speak
You were my eyes when I couldn't see
You saw the best there was in me
Lifted me up when I couldn't reach
You gave me faith cause you believed
I'm everything I am
Because you loved me
You gave me wings and made me fly
You touched my hand I could touch the sky
I lost my faith, you gave it back to me
You said no star was out of reach
You stood by me and I stood tall
I had your love I had it all
I'm grateful for each day you gave me
Maybe I don't know that much
But I know this much is true
I was blessed because I was loved by you
You were my strength when I was weak
