Problem again

It's getting terrible. I don't what's happen again but my computer is acting up again. there's some warning that it is infected with virus again. I don't really know what to do anymore because I just bought this 4 days ago and it's acting this way already. I hope I can fix this or the best thing to do is send it back to where I bought and have them fix it.
