Keep your pet safe

My husband and I has a little chihuahua dog. He is so cute, sweet and smart. We love him so much and we will give everything to him as much as we can. In short he is very spoiled. Well, we can't helped it because maybe we don't have a child yet. We always make it sure that he gets his proper nutrition. He goes to his vet regularly and taking his pills regularly. We want to keep him healthy and avoid any sickness. Being so protective to our little one is our top priority and my husband and I were so glad knowing something that we can use to keep him more safe and guarded all the time. This is the petsafe wireless fence. This is a kind of gadget that sends a signal to a collar that your dog wears. As your dog nears a defined boundary, the collar issues a warning tone. If he/she proceeds further, he/she receives a safe but annoying stimulation that deters his/her from leaving your boundary. No wires to bury, and completely portable. Amazing! This is exactly want we want for him. Have yours too!

Man's bestfriend is also a good family watch dog

As you've seen on the picture, it is recommended to have this kind of dog as your watch dog at home. I would like to have another dog and I'm thinking of buying one. Good thing I have read about the sporting dog breeds.

The Sporting dog breeds have tremendous popularity as family pets; just think Golden Retriever or Labrador. For the most part, all hunting dogs have similar qualities that fit well with family life. They are wonderful loving nature, great for active families, love outdoor activities, okay with children, energy and endurance, devoted and loyal and good family watch dog.

Sporting dogs can enjoy swimming if they are easily introduced to water as puppies.
Gentle rivers or lakes are good, even the backyard pool works!
Never throw the puppy in.
This could teach him to fear water.
Find a shallow spot for him to get in with your encouragement.
Bring him in and allow to feel his stride swimming.
Don’t hold or force him to stay in the waster, as panic will turn to fear of the water.

Many other sporting breeds are quickly gaining popularity as family pets. When choosing a sporting breed be sure you can fulfill the dog’s need for the great deal of physical exercise and attention that they need to be happy.

Buy a puppy from a reputable breeder who knows good specimens of the breed they produce. Puppies from pet store “puppy mills” or backyard breeders may not have the gentle, friendly nature that is so characteristic of a well-bred sporting dog.

Sporting dogs are not for everybody, but you don’t need to be a hunter to own one!

My dog

My dog is so funny. He is being silly again..lol.. He went out to go potty and came back rushing and just jump directly to our bed and ready to go to sleep. He is being lazy today, he just lay around and sleep. This dog can sleep the whole day if you will let him. But I love him and his my little boy. He is so loving and sweet. Always gives me a hug and a kiss.

Chihuahua Breed

Coat: The Chihuahua coat comes in two varieties: The Smooth and Long coat. The Smooth coat has a glossy, soft, and close coat which is full textured over the entire body, but quite scanty on the head and ears. The Long coat has a soft, longer coat that can be slightly curly or flat. This variety does have an under-coat. Either coat type comes in a variety of colors such as fawn, brown, black, and white. The coat may be solid in color, marked with splashes of color, or tri-color. They are an average shedder. Overview: The Chihuahua is the smallest of all breeds and has the distinction of being the oldest breed in America. They were named after the Chihuahua region in Mexico. It is believed that this breed descended from ancient breed that was larger in size and highly prized by Aztec royalty. Chihuahuas are excellent companions in the right circumstances. Care: The Chihuahua requires minimal grooming. The Smooth coat variety requires only occasional brushing. The Long coat variety should be brushed several times a week with a soft bristle brush. Both varieties only need bathing once a month using a mild shampoo. The health issues that affect this breed include slipped stifles, open font or soft spot, eye problems, and heart disease. The Chihuahua does not tolerate cold climates and must be protected when taken outside. Training: The Chihuahua can be difficult to train, but with patience, love, and consistency do well.
