Chikka was blocked but it's now unblocked

I was about to send money to the Philippines using my Chikka account and I was so disappointed because as soon as I completed my transaction, my account was blocked..geeee!. I never expected this to happen, I emailed them concerning my account and they called me right away to unblocked my account. Now I am using it again.
