Why is it so hard to deal with emotions sometimes. It is hard to understand why it comes and go. The very worst thing is when you get hurt. This is where you do not forget things easily. You just want to cry and burst it out to make you feel a little better but after that, it is still there. Pain is so hard to forget and erase. It is something that somebody could get killed or perhaps end their lives, but is it really worth it to leave your love ones behind just for a simple problem? No! Problems comes and go and we have the full control on how to deal with it or how to solve it. Some will take it as a motivation but some will take it negatively and take the wrong path and lead them in so much trouble. Emotions is really there since we were born but to deal with it is a sole responsibility of an individual. God knows everything that's happening and he is the best instrument to fight emotions all the time
Life is so wonderful and full of joy in each day that we live. Have fun and enjoy the true meaning of life together with your loved ones and friends because it is a gift from God to treasure.

Job Interview
The most scariest part for me on job hunting is the interview. I don't know but sometimes I don't have the confidence in me in facing the big bosses of the company that I'm qualified. But at the same time I have learned that acting this way won't do good on me and will just end up zero or jobless because of this attitude. You can't blame me though because I'm nervous. I usually screwed up or blank when I am being asked for something that I am not prepared to answer back. But I can easily overcome it. What I do is, pose for a few minutes, smile while thinking for an answer then talk. It is important to have an eye to eye contact when answering the questions being asked and talk fluently and clearly.
With the experiences that have, the most common questions that are asked during the interview are the following: Tell me about yourself? Why do you want this job? Why have you chosen this company among any other company? What do you expect when you are hired? What does the company will expect from you? Why do we hire you? And what's your advantage among other applicants? Questions like this are expected and I can answer it 100% with confidence. I have also learned from all the interviews that I have is to believe in yourself because anything is possible when you have the guts to conquer everything. For sure you will get what you want.
Just think that nobody is perfect. Each one of us are scared and have weaknesses in dealing with other people but we just have to think that it is a matter of being you and fulfilling your goals in life. And most of all, in order to handle your interview as good as you can, pray before you go. Ask the Almighty God's guidance and everything will be okay.

How to Overcome Jealousy in a Relationship
Couples in a relationship are especially more susceptible to jealousy attacks, although everyone has, at one time or another, been guilty of being jealous. The important thing to remember is that jealousy can be overcome. What you need to figure out is, first, how to recognize the signs and admit to yourself that you have a problem. Once you’ve acknowledged that you’re being affected by it, you need to find out how to deal with it and in the process prevent yourself from falling under its spell again.
How do you know when jealousy rears its ugly head?
Jealousy flares up when one partner feels insecure or threatened either by a real or an imagined threat. It is oftentimes considered normal to feel a little bit of jealousy over something real. Jealousy in small doses is pretty normal as it results from your feeling of inadequacy when compared to someone or something better. For instance, you may have that feeling when a good-looking woman (or man) comes up to your partner. This situation may sometimes bring self-esteem issues to the fore. However, when you assume something more than what seems to be only a passing acquaintance, then you’re in danger of feeding your distrust and paranoia and may ultimately lead you to extreme fits of jealousy.
Another condition when a person becomes a prisoner of jealousy is when he/she has been deceived in a previous relationship and still harbors some feeling of distrust towards the opposite sex. You may recognize this person as a perfect candidate for jealousy when he/she becomes too interested in your activities to the point that he/she constantly checks-up on you, is always suspicious of friends and people you deal with on a regular basis, and sometimes, even goes through your personal stuff.
Dealing with the Green-Eyed Monster
In order to successfully keep the jealousy monster under control you have to search your feelings to try and find out the underlying cause of your jealousy. When your partner looks at another, do you feel that you’re going to lose him/her? Do you believe that he’s devoting too much time to another instead of you? When you ask yourself these questions, you will be able to determine the intensity of your jealousy and realize that if you’re behaving irrationally then the problem might lie with you.
Sometimes, it’s simply your perception of yourself that seems to be the problem. If you constantly find something wrong with yourself every time that you look in a mirror, then it may be time to correct it. Sometimes, a simple change like a haircut, or a change in wardrobe may be the solution. If you feel the need to alter your appearance through modern cosmetic surgery, then go for it, as long as you believe that doing so may boost your self-esteem and give you back your self-confidence. The key here is to change the way you view yourself in your mind.
Talking to your partner about your apprehensions may also help. You may set some rules on behavior at the onset of the relationship and commit to them. This will establish the foundation for trust between the two of you. If at any time, one of you makes a mistake, keep the communication lines open, keep an open mind and discuss the situation. Trust will develop and flourish as the relationship grows.
You also have to learn to control your emotions and confront your fears and suspicions in a rational manner. Remember that jealousy can affect everyone. You have to value the effort you and your partner have both put into your relationship. There may be a chance that your assumptions may be baseless. You wouldn’t want to ruin a good relationship if you let your jealousy control youMonday, October 20, 2008

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
Negative thoughts are the enemies of victorious life. Since our life is very much determined by our mind, our thoughts can make or break our life. Negative thoughts will distract your focus from the important and drain your energy. At the end, you will no longer have the ingredients necessary for success. Knowing how to overcome negative thoughts may make the difference between victory and defeat.
I believe there is an important principle at work regarding negative thoughts, and that is:
Attention is self-reinforcing.
If you give attention to negative thoughts, they will get stronger and stronger. What seems like a small matter in the beginning may become monstrous at the end. What you should do is breaking the vicious cycle by shifting your focus to something positive. You can then reinforce this positive attention until you completely defeat the negative thoughts (read more at attention management).
Here I’d like to share 20 tips to overcome negative thoughts mostly based on this principle. Not all tips are suitable for all situations, so choose the ones that work for you. Here they are:
- Realize that you only hurt yourself with negative thoughts. Don’t let them trick you.
- Decide that you will live your day with happiness and not let negative thoughts steal it.
- Look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I’m a positive person. I won’t let negative thoughts control me. I’m a winner in life.”
- Read positive quotes. You can go to Quotations Page or ThinkExist and browse the topics. Or, if you want random quotes, you can go to Random Quotations.
- Never say negative words in your conversation.
- Change the tone of your thoughts from negative to positive. For example, instead of thinking “This problem is too difficult” think “This problem is cool and challenging”.
- If you think negatively about someone, remember positive things about that person. Shift your attention to the positive side.
- Smile. It’s more difficult to think negatively when you are smiling.
- Walk and act confidently. Good body language helps you have good thoughts.
- Pray or meditate. Spiritual peace and calmness is among the most effective ways to overcome negative thoughts.
- Gather with positive people. Be careful not to choose the wrong people or the situation will only get worse.
- Take a nap so that you will wake up with a fresh mind.
- Read an inspiring book. Spiritual books often do well.
- Go out and appreciate the beauty of the world around you.
- Sing a cheerful song.
- Make yourself comfortable with failure. Failure is the stepping stone to success, so don’t be afraid to fail.
- Have realistic expectation. Accept the fact that people could make mistakes since nobody is perfect.
- If you think negatively about a situation, decide that you won’t give up even if the worst happens. Prove yourself to be a tough opponent. You are a winner.
- Accept yourself and be comfortable in who you are. You can’t be perfect but neither can anyone else.
- Help someone. Shift the focus away from yourself and do good to others.
