Level Up!

My husband and I has decided to level up on our online store on Ebay. Hopefully this will work though and we are very positive that it will. Stocks are coming in next week so I am excited and nervous at the same time. But we hope and pray that this step will be a success since we could get bulk stocks now to sell. Wish us luck.

The Game Is On - Baseball Time

I am s huge fan of baseball. Gosh I just love the excitement and the thrill when the game is on. You cannot get me out of my seat when my game has already started. That is how I am when my favorite sports is airing. I do not know what's with baseball but I am head ever heels in love with this sports.

I mostly watch it on the television but given the chance to watch it live that would be awesome. I know Americans do love this sports and some would really invest on the tickets just to watch their favorite team live. I would love to go in one of the baseball stadiums here in the US and watch my New York Yankees and Kansan City Royals play. Hopefully one day I will be able to afford tickets for me and my husband and just have fun. He is a big fan of baseball too and his teams are Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers.

I might save some money now so that we can afford to buy each of those tickets. I want to purchase for New York Yankees tickets and Kansas City Royals tickets. I know my husband will still go with me if my teams are playing. This is so much fun and I do look forward to it. Since his birthday is coming up, purchasing a Boston Red Sox tickets and Detroit Tigers tickets would be a great gift. I know he will be excited watching his team live on the game and of course I'll go with him.

Exercising During Pregnancy

Since my D-Day is fast approaching, I become aware with the recommended pregnancy exercises. I think it's a bit late but oh well I can still do it anyway..Lol..Honestly, I am very lazy when it comes to do some exercise. I think the only exercise that I have during this pregnancy is going to the mailbox and get the mail..LOL! I know it is necessary for me and the baby but sometimes I just don't feel like doing it, especially with the weather now,Oh my! could hardly stand outside for a long time. My first trimister was very rough, my second trimister was okay and I am on my third trimister now which is a bit hard to move around. I won't promise though but I will get my butt to do some exercise til my D-day comes. I know my husband will laugh at me about this because his been telling me to at least move around which I did for quite sometimes..Lol..

I did some reading on the web and found some interesting topic about pregnancy exercises. I even play a video from youtube from a pregnant lady doing her routine exercise. That was amazing and it really helps a lot I guess. This is what I've found out on the article that I was reading a while ago.

Benefits of Exercising During Pregnancy

No doubt about it, exercise is a big plus for both you and your baby (if complications don't limit your ability to exercise throughout your pregnancy). It can help you:

  • feel better. At a time when you wonder if this strange body can possibly be yours, exercise can increase your sense of control and boost your energy level. Not only does it make you feel better by releasing endorphins (naturally occurring chemicals in your brain), appropriate exercise can:
    • relieve backaches and improve your posture by strengthening and toning muscles in your back, butt, and thighs
    • reduce constipation by accelerating movement in your intestine
    • prevent wear and tear on your joints (which become loosened during pregnancy due to normal hormonal changes) by activating the lubricating fluid in your joints
    • help you sleep better by relieving the stress and anxiety that might make you restless at night

  • look better. Exercise increases the blood flow to your skin, giving you a healthy glow.
  • prepare you and your body for birth. Strong muscles and a fit heart can greatly ease labor and delivery. Gaining control over your breathing can help you manage pain. And in the event of a lengthy labor, increased endurance can be a real help.
  • regain your pre-pregnancy body more quickly. You'll gain less fat weight during your pregnancy if you continue to exercise (assuming you exercised before becoming pregnant). But don't expect or try to lose weight by exercising while you're pregnant. For most women, the goal is to maintain their fitness level throughout pregnancy.
Upon reading this article, I was kinda guilty that I didn't do my part. With the stage that I'm at right now, it might be late for me to get started, but oh well, I can always try. But I am glad to find this kind of article that made me aware on the benefits of exercise.

Save The Holiday With A Perfect Gravy On The Table

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Club House. All opinions are 100% mine.

Christmas is almost here and people are very busy doing their last minute shopping for the holidays. But what's really with Christmas that people has this adrenaline rush and wanted things set up before the holiday hit. Well, Christmas is a tradition celebrated in every corner around the world. It is to pay respect to our Lord Jesus Christ upon coming into this world. We give gifts, do community service for the others and prepare a bunch of food. This is what excites me during Christmas - the food and the gifts. Back home ( Philippines ) we woke up in the middle of the night to celebrate Christmas. My mom would prepare a lot of food for us to eat after midnight. I miss it though and how I wish were back home ( my husband and I ). Truly the saying goes "there's no place like home" is very accurate. I miss the celebration we always have in my country but I know someday, my husband and I together with our precious daughter will be celebrating Christmas again in the Philippines. Speaking of food, people prepare different kinds of food during the holiday. Name it and you have it. The most popular is the ham and of course the stress point of every food - gravy. A gravy could be yummy if it's cooked right and the right ingredients are all there. But if there's one missing ingredient, your food could be messed up. Would you allow that to happen during the holidays? Of course not. Well, to perfectly do the right one, you can go to gravy tips video. This is a step by step procedure in making the perfect gravy for the holiday. This video is provided by Club House that came up with a club house gravy mix. Using this mix, Christmas meal is as easy. You can also join on the ongoing newsletter sign-up and contest entry this year. Hurry up and be part of it.

How to overcome claustrophobia

My husband has a fear on tight and enclosed spaces and also known as claustrophobia. I worry for him all the time because even wearing a seat belt will make him panic and starting losing his breathe. I always curious and looking for some treatment for him to overcome this. I found some articles online about this sickness. Claustrophobia is the irrational fear of tight or enclosed spaces--not so much the space itself, but the inability to escape from it. Serious cases of claustrophobia can prevent people from necessary activities of life, even something as simple as driving a car. As with most fears, many with it may feel it is impossible to overcome. But ultimately, understanding and rationality is all it may take.

Step 1

Understand exactly what causes your claustrophobia. Try to remember if there was an incident from your past that led to this fear. It could also be from a family member who suffers the same.
Step2

Talk with a doctor or therapist. They can be the best at determining the cause and solution. Being able to overcome your fear and function in society is worth the financial cost.

Step3
Talk with people who have also suffered from claustrophobia and overcome it. Look for local support groups where people talk about these experiences.

Step4
Find ways to calm your body and focus your mind. This is one of the biggest steps toward overcoming fear. It could involve meditation or maybe just taking deep breaths.

Step5
Put yourself in a situation that causes your fear to emerge. This should include whatever specifically triggers that fear, such as a small elevator, a room with no window or inside a car.

Step6
Think of more positive, rational thoughts that replace the negative ones that cause the fear. These thoughts are what drive the emotion and action. This is known as cognitive behavioral therapy.

I hope this serves some points for you.
